"Quick fix and solid service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them expecting the usual back-and-forth. But they replied quickly and sorted it out without making it complicated. I always notice when a company makes problems easier instead of harder, and this was definitely one of those cases. Good customer service, and I’d order from them again.

I ordered from Monogram Foods and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, the box showed up just a few days later, so I wasn’t really left waiting around.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because the tracking didn’t update much in between, I did wonder for a bit where the package was. But everything arrived fine and earlier than I figured it would, so overall I had a good experience.

"Fresh and good"
My order got here fresh and it actually tasted really good. Nothing was stale or dried out, which was my main concern. I’d definitely order it again. Anyway.

"Decent selection, but the verification got annoying"
The selection was okay, but it felt a bit limited and I wish there were more choices. What really got on my nerves was having to verify myself more than once, it made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

It tastes fine and I didn’t have any real complaints, but for the price, I’m not sure I’d buy it again. Just feels a little too expensive for what it is 🤷‍♀️

The site was actually really easy to use, which is always a pleasant plot twist these days. Pages loaded fast, I found what I needed without going on a full scavenger hunt, and checkout was smooth with no random drama. Revolutionary stuff, apparently.

The food tasted fine overall, but a couple of the packs felt a little stale, which was kind of a bummer. Nothing terrible, though, I still ate them, so that probably says enough. Just wasn’t amazing

Everything I ordered came exactly right, which was nice. Nothing missing, nothing swapped out, and even the little details were right. It was a simple order, but still... no issues at all
